Trustee Julitan  Foster (pictured, center) was named Shady Grove Baptist Church’s “Man of the Year” during the Men’s Day program held recently.

Pictured with him are Deacon James Pearson (left), first runner up; and Pastor Lee Byers Jr.  Other participating men were Trustees Al Phillips and Fred Dover.

The program theme was “Looking for a few Good Men”. The men’s ministry took charge of the pulpit service with Trustee Larry Byers presiding and Pastor Byers delivering the day’s message.

Trustee Dover was the program chairperson. Rev. Lee Byers Jr. is pastor.
